Interactive help from Bond Wolfe helps marketing team expand into Birmingham

Marketing specialists The Interactive Team have expanded into Birmingham with the help of property agents Bond Wolfe.

The firm, only formed in 2012, has taken 2,000 sq ft on the third floor of York House, 38 Great Charles Street, on a five year lease.

It means it now has 150 people in seven departments across six UK cities.

Staff act for clients in the generation of business customers and leads, brand awareness, and campaigns.

Chief executive Gilles Baudet said: “Recognising the era of the hard sell was over and that the sales process that worked in the 90s wouldn’t work on modern consumers, we have developed a new business model of outsource marketing, focusing on a softer, more consultative approach that is adaptive to today’s consumer.

“It allows us to boast an unparalleled conversion rate, seven times higher than the national industry average. Our clients have grown from our success – and therefore, so have we.”

Bond Wolfe managing director James Mattin commented: “The Interactive Team represent another great addition to this multi let city centre building.

“This deal quickly follows the letting to digital marketing agency Planet 9 and we are currently in legals on the ground floor suite. This leaves only one suite remaining and we are already in talks with a national operator to take the space.”

Other tenants include retailers H & M, ATA Group and Subway.
