Kärcher, globally renowned for their range of pressure washers and other cleaning products, are currently searching in the West Midlands area for new premises to host their third company-owned UK store.
The move follows the success of their first two stores in Bristol and Nottingham, joining 16 existing independently owned UK Centres and an ever-growing list of Kärcher Centres worldwide.
Bristol-based Williams Gunter Hardwick are the agents leading the search and are targeting West Bromwich, Birmingham and Wolverhampton.
“We are after prominent sites of between 4,000 and 8,000 sq ft with six to eight parking spaces,” says Director Stuart Williams, “with heavy traffic flows and lots of glazing. The perfect premises are first generation car showrooms, as the one in Bristol pictured.”
