Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) has negotiated the renewal of a lease on 6,300 sq ft of office and storage space at Whittington Hall, Worcester.
Acting on behalf of the Pemberstone Partnership, Ned Mutter, Senior Property & Asset Manager at Blue Marble, has re-let an office suite in Brook House, a garage block and stores to The Surveillance Group on a new five year lease, at an annual rent of £85,220.
Only two office suites now remain available for lease at Whittington Hall, Pemberstone’s prestigious out of town office development on Whittington Road, Worcester, WR5 2ZX, just off J7 of the M5, namely 3,900 sq ft in Brook House and 1,500 sq ft in Evesham House.
Mr Mutter says: “We are delighted that the Surveillance Group will be staying at Whittington Hall for a further five years.
