Skanska has pre-let one of the two ground-floor retail units of The Monument Building, its 94,000sq ft (8,733sqm) office-led development in the City of London, to Olive & Squash.
Olive & Squash, the salad bar concept focusing on food quality, customer experience and lifestyle, has taken the Fish Street Hill retail unit, totalling 650sqft (60sqm), on a ten-year lease.
Alex Jordan, Skanska’s Leasing Director, said: “Olive & Squash is an exciting new retail offer and a great fit for The Monument Building.”
The Monument Building, designed by architect Ken Shuttleworth’s Make, features four terraces, a large reception area, state-of-the-art cycle storage and shower facilities. The building, which has been fitted with a ‘curtain’ of twisted, anodised aluminium fins on the south façade, will complete this month.
Olive & Squash joins Twentyfour Asset Management and Underwrite Me who have taken a lease on the eight and the ninth floors respectively.
Savills represented Skanska in the transaction. CWM advised Olive & Squash.
