Commercial property consultant Vail Williams has announced the completion of its 23-strong team in the Solent region, with two new appointments to its Business Space division.
The firm has welcomed Robert Lee as Senior Surveyor based at the firm’s Solent team, and Alex Gauntlett as Graduate Surveyor in the Solent team. The new hires follow the recent promotion of Mike Greenwood to Regional Managing Partner, and the appointment of Nicky Reid as Associate.
Robert has joined the Vail Williams team as a specialist in the acquisition and disposal of industrial and office properties throughout the Solent region. He brings with him several years of relevant experience having previously worked in similar roles with Goadsby, Allsop and Savills.
Alex has joined the team fresh from a role with Capita after graduating with First Class Honours from Portsmouth University. He has strong local knowledge and contacts in the Solent region having grown up in the area.
Commenting on the newly strengthened Solent team, Regional Managing Partner Mike Greenwood said: “We are committed to growing our market presence across the Solent region and to continue to offer our clients first-class property services combined with a real depth of local knowledge. Robert and Alex’s appointments further bolster our team and bring with them new drive and enthusiasm.”
Robert said: “It’s exciting to join the Vail Williams team at this time as we focus on a new way of working that is set to have great results.
He added: “Our clients expect expert property advice and guidance, and my previous career experience will help provide this. Vail Williams has a strong reputation in the region and I’m very pleased to be on board helping the company expand its presence here.”
Alex commented: “It’s great to have a company such as Vail Williams invest in my career following my graduation last year. I’m looking forward to using my knowledge of the area to benefit our clients across the Solent region.”
New recruit Tansy Bristow has also joined the Solent valuation team from WYG where she has been working as a graduate Planner. She will be working towards her qualification as a Chartered Surveyor.
