Red Sky Management, one of Scotland’s leading sports management agencies, has relocated to newly refurbished accommodation in Edinburgh’s West End as the firm gears up for growth.
Moving from office space on Edinburgh’s George Street, Red Sky switched to newly refurbished open plan offices at 3-5 Melville Street comprising 1,316 sq ft of lower ground floor space within a Georgian townhouse.
JLL acted for landlord Knight Property Group to secure a five year lease, while Savills represented Red Sky which currently employs 8 staff in Edinburgh.
The sports management agency works with a range of sporting clients including current Scotland rugby captain Greig Laidlaw and swimmer Hannah Miley, who recently qualified for her third Olympics in Rio.
The letting of the vacant suite now means that 3-5 Melville Street is fully let. Owners Knight Property Group are on the verge of completing the refurbishment of two central Edinburgh office buildings to take advantage of the buoyant office market.
Howard Crawshaw, Director of Knight Property Group states: “We are absolutely delighted that Red Sky are in Melville Street. The high levels of interest in our Central Belt properties is testament to both the quality of the buildings themselves and an active market in the sector and size we are operating in.”
Both buildings are available for lease offering suites of 1,100 – 3,000 sq ft of top class office accommodation.
Bruce Robertson, Chartered Surveyor at JLL said: “Melville Street is an ideal match for Red Sky’s requirements. With accommodation which has been recently refurbished to a high standard, Red Sky’s new office in the heart of Edinburgh’s West End offers the firm an excellent base from it which it can continue to grow its business in Scotland.”
