FHP have been instructed to manage ‘Lakeside Court’, two fully let office buildings at Sherwood Park in Nottingham, for established commercial property investors, Craigard.
FHP are already established managing agents for other clients at the site who own Innovate Mews. FHP have been appointed to undertake the management of the service charge on site for Craigard.
The new clients are a commercial property investment partnership and their purchases on the park total just over 52,000 sqft, and are occupied by an impressive corporate tenant line up of Government Departments including the Highways Agency, Secretary of State for Environment, Police Crime Commissioners as well as EON.
Fountain house on the Business Park has also been recently fully refurbished to a high specification and there are refurbishment opportunities with Waterfront House to be considered. The park has excellent transport links, next to Junction 27 of the M1, approximately 11 miles to the North of Nottingham and it is the established home of Prolog, RollsRoyce and L’Oreal.
The investors are new to the business park but their work has been hugely successful UK wide, with about twenty commercial assets under management totalling over £40m and generating a rent roll of nearly £4m.
Rob comments: “I’m pleased to be working alongside investors with such a proven track record, adding another strong investment to our diverse portfolio of commercial premises, office and residential blocks across the UK.”
