Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its London Project Management & Consultancy Team by appointing Mark Dedman to lead its refurbishment and new build project management offer.
Mark, who joins as a Partner, brings over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including valuable expertise in team selection, briefing, procurement and construction delivery. He joins the team from Buro Four Project Services where he was responsible for projects ranging from high end residential and commercial office through mixed-use and industrial development in the City, West End and Home Counties.
Recent projects include:
· 120,000 sq ft commercial office refurbishment in Gresham Street for the City of London
· Development of 190 high end apartments over 30 floors on City Road, London
· 70,000 sq ft, mixed-use extension and refurbishment on Oxford Street, London
Prior to Buro Four, Mark held positions with a range of major contractors such as Skanska and Amec.
