CBRE, the global real estate advisor has appointed Mark Stones as a Senior Director in the London Lease Consultancy Team.
Mark has joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he played a key role as partner in their retail team, heading a lease advisory group specialising in retail and leisure rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gearing opportunities in London.
During his 12 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Mark provided advisory services to key clients such including The Crown Estate, The City of London, Pontegadea and Redevco.
During his impressive career, Mark has also spent six years working at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung before a two year spell as a Director at the former CB Hillier Parker between 2002 and 2004.
Mark said: “I am thrilled to be joining the CBRE team and hugely excited about bringing my in depth experience particularly with landlord clients, to their already excellent lease consultancy business. CBRE’s retail team is a dominant force in central London and with a client list which includes many of London`s leading landlords, the opportunity was too good to turn down.”

Mark graduated with honours in Urban Estate Surveying at Nottingham Trent University in 1983. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS)
