DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), in Leeds has secured another letting at Wilton Developments’ 10 South Parade taking the building to 65 per cent occupied.
DTZ has let 7,000 sq ft – the whole of the third floor – of 10 South Parade to accountants and business advisers PKF (UK) LLP.
The deal sees PKF take a 10 year lease for the office space and the firm will relocate from its offices in Queen’s Street to become part of the financial core of the city.

10 South Parade now only has three remaining suites, 6,350 sq ft and 1,990 sq ft on the ground floor and 3,650 sq ft on the second floor.
Other occupiers in the building include, Xafinity Consulting, Odgers Berndtson, Lockton Insurance and Wilton Developments.
