Key development land at the Stroudwater Business Park near Stonehouse can now offer ideal design and build opportunities for businesses looking to expand in Gloucestershire. The sites are located at Oldends Lane and Brunel Way at the business park and were purchased by the well-established Bristol based developer Ashville.
Bruton Knowles from their head office in Gloucester and Cushman Wakefield in Bristol are marketing the sites both for design and build opportunities with planning consent for between 14,000 and 90,000 sq ft of B1, B2, B8 accommodation.
Robert Smith from Bruton Knowles said the popular business location attracts a good mix of light industrial and office occupiers. Businesses in the vicinity include Schlumberger, Dentsply, Renishaw, Lister Shearing, Delphi Diesel and Dairy Crest.
He went on: “This is the latest phase of Stroudwater business park which is already an established location with a number of major occupiers, both sites offer excellent access to the A419 to Junction 13 of the M5.”

The plan which cover some 250 acres effectively outlines a vision for a new town a few miles from Stroud, which would be built in stages over the next decade.”
