Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has now become the only national property consultancy in Liverpool with locally-based LPA (Law Of Property Act) receivers.
Paul Parker, an associate director, and Mark Eastwood, a senior surveyor, have qualified as Registered Property Receivers and can now assume control of assets and act as legal custodians on behalf of banks and lending institutions.
This new capability strengthens LSH’s Liverpool-based asset and debt advisory team which also provides valuation and strategic advice to lenders, accountants and private equity houses with distressed lending situations.
David Baker, who heads up LSH’s Liverpool office commented: “We have exciting growth plans for the Liverpool office over the next twelve months and Paul and Mark’s ability to take on receivership appointments directly is a big part of that.
“Whilst there are other national property consultancies offering the same receivership services in Liverpool, in 99 per cent of cases the work is done by someone in Manchester, Birmingham or even London.
“At LSH we take pride in the fact that we know our region and the nuances of the local property market so our clients can be completely confident about the advice we give them.,”
It is understood that LSH now has more qualified receivers than any other commercial property consultancy in the UK.
