Colliers International has been appointed by up market bar operator, Kornicis Group, to advise on all rent reviews and lease renewals across its 17 strong portfolio.
Kornicis’ venues are primarily located in the City of London and include brands such as Jamie’s Wine Bars and Smollensky’s. Kornicis was recently subject to a management buy-in with incoming Chief Executive, Richard Stringer and Chief Financial Officer, Ian Banks, acquiring the business with backing from Isfield Investments.
