Trowers & Hamlins, international law firm, has announced it has made a senior appointment to its Birmingham office.
David Marsden, previously Head of Property Litigation at the Cheltenham office of Charles Russell LLP, has joined Trowers & Hamlins as Partner in the Property Litigation Team in Birmingham.
David advises investors, landlords, public sector bodies and occupiers on a broad range of complex property law including right to light, dilapidation, property insolvency, lease renewals and forfeiture.
