Knight Frank has expanded its commercial valuations team in Birmingham with the appointment of Giles Spencer, formerly with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA).
He will work with colleagues Kevin Morris, Indi Sidhu and Bobby Bassi advising High Street banks, institutional funds and property companies on the value of their property assets.
