CBRE’s Manchester Industrial Agency team reports strengthening industrial activity in Warrington following the completion of a 10,722 sq ft lease at Kingsland Grange, a 15,653 sq ft lease at Heaton Court and the launch to market of Unit 15 Chesford Grange, a 21,430 sq ft distribution facility.
30a Kingsland Grange has been leased to leading vehicle body conversion company, Brit-Tipp Limited, on a 10 year term. The modern industrial warehouse with internal offices, a large yard and secure car parking is accessed off Kingsland Grange.
CBRE has now launched to market Unit 15 Chesford Grange, a comprehensively refurbished, detached 21,430 sq ft warehouse facility with ground and first floor offices located on a secure, fully fenced self-contained site.
Both properties are located within the Grange Employment Area, a 215 acre industrial space located on J21 of the M6 motorway close to Warrington. The area is popular with industrial and logistics operators due to its connectivity to the M6 motorway, providing access to the M62 to the north and the M56 to the south.
At Heaton Court on Risley Road in Warrington, close to the Birchwood area, CBRE has completed a new 10 year lease on the 15,653 sq ft Unit 2 to Three Nations Ltd.
Andrew Farrer, Associate Director at CBRE Manchester, said;
“The lease to Brit-Tipp and the launch to market of the refurbished Chesford Grange unit demonstrate the appeal of this key logistics area within Greater Manchester and the Heaton Court deal further confirms local occupier activity. The investment into Unit 15 Chesford Grange has created a modern unit which is strategically located to serve the whole of the North West region and beyond.”
