Fiona Flint has joined CBRE’s Manchester office as Senior Planner in a move from Savills. Fiona’s arrival follows on from a series of senior promotions as part of an ambitious expansion and strengthening strategy for the North West Planning & Development department.
Harry Bolton has recently been promoted to Director, Emma Warren to Associate Director and Edward Harvey to Senior Planner, with further appointments anticipated in the forthcoming months.
The latest promotions to the North West Planning and Development team are an indication of the team aligning itself for a period of sustained growth due to the securing of a range of private sector instructions across the region and nationally.
The team provides a comprehensive planning, development and funding service specialising in the delivery of large scale, complex, in-centre and mixed use schemes, for a variety of private and public sector clients. This integrated multi-disciplinary offer supports CBRE’s drive to be the leading commercial planning and development team across the north and reflects the global business’s commitment to Manchester and the north of England.
Fiona said: “I am delighted to be joining the Manchester Planning & Development team at such a crucial and exciting time and I look forward to working closely with the team on a range of instructions across the region.”
Senior Director for CBRE Planning, Iain Jenkinson, continues; “We are delighted to welcome Fiona to our growing team as we continue to strengthen our position within the North West. The team is already leading on over half a billion pounds worth of in-centre redevelopment and infrastructure projects, by value, with a pipeline of future projects way in excess of that.”
