Hortons’ Estate has secured two further tenants at Marchington Industrial Estate in Staffordshire.
Brit-European Transport Limited has agreed a ten-year lease on a new 5,694 sq ft unit, at a rent of £15.28 per sq ft.
The unit has been built by Hortons’ Estate on behalf of Brit-European Transport. Hortons’ has invested £700,000 in the development, demolishing two existing units to make way for the new building.
Johnson Health Tech UK Ltd has taken a five-year lease at unit 15 (85,350 sq ft). The company, which specialises in the manufacture and distribution of commercial and home fitness equipment, has also taken an additional 25,000 sq ft in unit 32 on a six-month licence.
The lettings to Brit-European Transport and Johnson Health Tech follow recent lettings to Euro Demolition & Dismantling Ltd and Security Plus Limited.
Marchington Industrial Estate comprises more than one million sq ft of industrial and warehousing space in 34 buildings, ranging from 300 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft.
Hortons’ has invested more than £1million in the estate since acquiring it in 2013. It is has recently refurbished unit 16 (67,980 sq ft) at a cost of £700,000.
