Goadsby have, on behalf of Bindon Engineering, let a 15,541 sq ft industrial unit on Johns Road to Saltfire Stoves Ltd. The landlord was keen to let the building and following a reduction in rental to only £46,450 pax, a letting was quickly agreed to Saltfire Stoves for their wood burning stoves business. Saltfire will move from their existing premises in Sandford Lane.
