Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have let 309 Ashley Road, Parkstone to Bookworm Books.
The premises were let by way of a new full repairing and insuring lease and comprise a sales area of 597 sq ft together with 185 sq ft of ancillary storage and a 200 sq ft basement.
