On behalf of Landlords CBRE Global Investors, Stiles Harold Williams (SHW) South London, Surrey and Kent Industrial Department have recently completed the letting of units 1D and 1E Mark Way, Swanley to the Beadles Group. The two units, consisting of 17,638 sq ft have been let on a new 10 year lease at a rents close to £8.25 per sq ft.
