Hurst Warne have concluded the top floor letting of Fleet 27 (9,164 sq ft) to Khipu Networks, capping an exciting and busy start to the year for Hurst Warne. This letting followed two other Ancells Business Park lettings at the newly refurbished Sentinel House to Microgen (5,017 sq ft) and Help Systems (3,500 sq ft) in January 2016 and March 2016 respectively . The town centre has also seen letting activity with Adept taking 4,500 sq ft of ground floor space in Flagship House at the very end of 2015.
Steve Barrett a partner in Hurst Warne’s Fleet office commented “These four lettings show that Fleet remains a key location for businesses. Occupier needs are centred around employment retention and recruitment. Fleet’s employment areas are very accessible, this coupled with a 40 minute train service to London Waterloo and lots of parking means businesses are attracted to town. Fleet office rents are increasing, yet comparable space is still heavily discounted against the likes of Farnborough and Farnham so we expect to see more businesses moving across.
