B&M Retail Ltd and Iceland Foods are the latest signings to SEGRO’s Slough Trading Estate. Both have taken a 15-year lease on a pre-let basis at a recently completed development at Montrose Avenue, just off the Farnham Road.
Leading variety retailer B&M Retail Ltd has signed for 24,000 sq. ft. and will be joined by supermarket chain Iceland Foods who will occupy a unit of 8,200 sq. ft.
The development is a welcome addition to the Farnham Road District Centre which provides a great amenity for employees of the Slough Trading Estate’s 350 companies. Other retailers present on the Farnham Road include Sainsbury’s, Staples, Pets at Home, Poundland, Selco, KFC, Wickes, McDonald’s, Safestore and Screwfix .
