Global Property advisor, Colliers International has announced the appointment of commercial property heavyweight, Guy Gilfillan, who will join its Leeds office this week. Guy Gilfillan joins Colliers International as a Director to provide strategic development, leasing and funding advice to the firm’s wide ranging client base across the north of England.
Having previously held senior roles at Lambert Smith Hampton, CBRE, and Regus, Guy has more than 35 years’ experience working with high profile clients across the north of England including; Harworth Estates, RBS (West Register), Scarborough Developments, London & Continental, Urban Splash, Telefonica O2 and Sheffield City Council. He brings to Colliers great strength in developing relationships with clients on a range of large and complex projects, which require strategic direction and development, leasing and funding advice. In his new role, Guy will work closely with other wrap around services at Colliers International such as rating, building surveying and landlord & tenant to offer the full spectrum of real estate advice to existing and prospective clients.

This appointment marks the seventh senior Director joining Colliers International this year.
