Acting on behalf of Gladman Developments, joint marketing agents Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting have secured a new tenant for Miller Court, a prestigious office development in Tewkesbury.
The agents let Unit 8 Miller Court, a 2,250 sq ft office unit, to C Software Limited on a new five year lease.
C Software is a software development company, currently based in Tewkesbury that has been operating for over 15 years. It has developed bespoke software solutions for many companies and organisations. Activities range from Windows applications, embedded systems, Digital Signal Processing, databases (SQL), and functional web sites.

Consisting of 76,000 sq ft of office accommodation, Miller Court is located off Severn Drive on Tewkesbury Business Park next to Junction 9 of the M5 and one mile from Tewkesbury town centre.
Joint marketing agents Alder King and Nick Bevan Consulting are now marketing the remaining units at the development, which range in size from 1,035 sq ft to 10,070 sq ft and are available on a new lease.
