Nine new office occupiers have signed-up to Liverpool Innovation Park (LIP) as the newly refurbished suites are nearing completion.
Liverpool Innovation Park is a well-positioned business park with offices, leisure and business continuity services tailored to tenant’s 21st century business needs. It has recently undergone a period of transformation with investment into the creation of new development plots, new office suites and car parking to improve the overall feel of the park.
The park’s owner, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), has made significant investment into the development of new office suites, transforming a previously unoccupied area into modern office space with suites from 500 sq ft up to 5,000 sq ft which will be available this month. In addition, the common areas within the building have been upgraded and kitchens and modern flat panel LED lighting have been installed.
New occupiers joining the existing high-profile tenant mix include; Bargain Tech Limited, Zut Media Limited, AMGB Limited, Courtyard Continuing Care, Enxray Limited, Bristol Blue Green, Presto Music School, Bedspace Resource and Myti School of Science Ltd.
The new line-up of lettings are testament to the work that CBRE’s Asset Services team and the HCA have been doing to create a welcoming and vibrant environment, along with an enhanced brand. The team has engaged with existing occupiers to introduce a range of attractive new tenant services to include a Bean Coffee shop, dry cleaning service, yoga classes and a Ben Dunne gym, which are widely appealing to existing and prospective tenants.
This investment combined with the enhanced market awareness, and the site’s excellent location and accessibility to the M62 has been an attractive draw for new tenants looking to service the city and a wider area.
David Tyson, Senior Surveyor of Asset Services at CBRE’s Liverpool Office, said;
“We are delighted to announce nine new lettings at Liverpool Innovation Park. The hard work that has been undertaken to maximise the park’s potential is paying off and we are seeing a number of new occupiers attracted to the property thanks to the wide range of occupier services on offer as well as the all-inclusive nature of the tenancies.”
Carol Sutton, Senior Area Manager at HCA, said;
“Liverpool Innovation Park continues to flourish under the ongoing investment strategy and to be welcoming nine new occupiers is an excellent result. We are confident that the newly refurbished suites launched this month will have a strong appeal to tenants seeking smaller offices with all the benefits that the park has to offer.”
