Three freehold commercial properties for sale in Leamington town centre are under offer within weeks of going on the market.
The buildings, in the prime shopping areas of The Parade and Warwick Street, are being marketed by commercial property consultants ehB Commercial.

Demand for retail properties in Leamington is continuing to grow, particularly in the town’s retail hot spots, according to Mr Hain.
