Birmingham-based office interior experts have helped a leading residential property sales and lettings agency move home as it launches an ambitious period of expansion.
GW Interiors recently completed a fit out project for FleetMilne Residential, which specialises in luxury city centre properties, as it relocated from offices in The Mailbox to Colmore Row in Birmingham.
The move is part of the company’s plans to increase staff levels by 15% and grow the residential sales side of the business by 42% by the end of the year.

GW Interiors provided staff liaison and design consultation services to find out what the FleetMilne team wanted from their new office space. Bespoke made-to measure joinery and fixtures were installed and Herman Miller ‘Sense’ desking and SAYL chairs were supplied. The sophisticated reception area has a large-scale FleetMilne logo that stands behind an upholstered welcome desk. A range of seating areas provide quiet, comfortable places to discuss business.
Formerly based at Waterfront Walk at the back of The Mailbox, the 16-strong FleetMilne team moved into its new premises at the end of February.
