National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton has launched its latest annual Industrial & Logistics Market Report to delegates from across the West Midlands at an event in Birmingham.
The event, which was hosted by LSH’s head of Birmingham and West Midlands Adam Ramshaw, looked in detail at the findings of the report, which showed that retailer and distributor requirements for logistics warehouses will exceed available stock by 2020.
The report also showed that, take up in the logistics sector was down in the West Midlands during 2015, in the most part due to an exceptional 2014.
