One of the finest holiday apartment complexes in South Wales is on the market with Colliers International.
Leisure experts from Colliers International’s Bristol office have been appointed by the Joint Receivers to market Seascape Apartments & Llether House at Pendine in Carmarthenshire.
The complex offers modern accommodation in a honeypot holiday location overlooking the world famous Pendine Sands and is on the market with a guide price of £1.45m.
Leisure expert Ben Jones said: “The complex provides holidaymakers with a superb base for exploring everything that the Carmarthenshire Coastline and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park has to offer.
“The idyllic hillside site extends to almost 19 acres and includes an extensive area of woodland. The site provides superb views out to sea and across Pendine Sands – made famous during world land speed record attempts.”
The complex grew up around Llether House, a substantial Victorian manor and coach house, converted into six letting apartments. A further seven modern villas were completed in January 2010 and provide 14 additional apartments.
Ben Jones said: “This is a great business opportunity to take advantage of previous investment in developing a substantial complex with a high standard of accommodation. The booking records show impressive income and the business is of a scale that would suit commercial operators or a private purchaser looking for a change in pace.”
Colliers International has been appointed by Receivers J A Pitt & B J N Moon of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK, Bristol and A J Hughes & P R Poolman of Lambert Smith Hampton, Cardiff.
A guide price of £1.45m has been set with a closing date of Thursday 12 April 2012.
