Herbert R Thomas (HRT) has refurbished its Cowbridge office giving homebuyers, sellers, landlords and tenants access to the latest technologies and services.
The refurbishment includes a new seating area for customers, a modernised colour scheme and signage to coincide with the company’s rebrand, which was introduced at the start of the year.
It also includes a large screen in the office that profiles the latest properties and an illuminated window display with digital screens.
Andrew Thomas, director of HRT, said “We are absolutely thrilled with the new look at our Cowbridge branch and we’d like to thank our customers for their support during the process.
“This investment will allow us to combine our years of sector experience with the latest technologies to offer the very best facilities in a comfortable stylish office. It very much fits in with our ethos of ‘traditional values, modern approach.’
“The team are really pleased with the new look and we have already had some fantastic feedback from customers.”
This refurbishment is the latest investment for HRT, following on from the refurbishment of its Neath office last summer.
Andrew Thomas continued: “This refurbishment completes the upgrade of all of our offices, and is part of our commitment to reinvesting in our business to ensure that we really stand out in the market. We look forward to welcoming customers to our Cowbridge branch, and we hope they are as impressed as we are.”
HRT was founded in 1926 and has three offices across south Wales in Bridgend, Cowbridge and Neath. It is a multi-discipline property agency specialising in residential sales and lettings, commercial property transactions, property development, auctions and agricultural services.
