A leading supplier of home and garden products to garden centres and department stores across the UK has expanded its base near Salisbury.
Europa Leisure has bought the unit adjoining its headquarters at Netherhampton Business Centre
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated the sale of the unit which had a freehold quoting price of £350,000.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Europa Leisure, a family-run business established in 1987, has grown to become one of Britain’s leading suppliers to the trade.
“The company has demonstrated its growing confidence in the homes and gardens market place by buying the 7,936 sq ft (737.28 sq m) industrial/warehouse unit adjacent to the current base.
“Europa Leisure, UK distributor for the popular Italian Nardi range of resin and aluminium furniture, is set to continue to grow the business and I am pleased Myddelton and Major has been able to facilitate this expansion.”
Netherhampton Business Centre, three miles west of Salisbury City Centre on the A3094, was created in 1989/1990 and comprises a mixture of new and refurbished industrial and office buildings.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
