In response to continued growing demand for professional services, Emily Templeton has joined Lambert Smith Hampton as a graduate surveyor in the Thames Valley valuation department.
Joining from LSH’s Manchester office, where she developed a broad experience within the lease advisory, valuation and capital markets departments, Emily will be assisting the team with its increasing amount of loan security work and development appraisals for banks.
Commenting on her appointment, Emily explains: “LSH was always the company that I wanted to join during my time at Sheffield Hallam and they have supported me throughout my university studies. My new role in the Thames Valley will allow me to learn from a highly experienced team while preparing to become a registered valuer.”
Martin Hughes, head of Thames Valley valuation for Lambert Smith Hampton, comments: “Emily is an outstanding graduate with a first class BSc (Hons) in real estate and a solid grounding in the market. She will provide a vital additional resource as we respond to our increasing market share and I am delighted to welcome her to the team.”
