Work on the last phase of the successful Glenmore Business Park and Blandford Trade Park in Blandford Forum is about to get underway, with one large unit in the latest development phase already pre-let.
All the units in the first two phases of the development comprising Blocks A and D have now been sold or let.
Myddelton & Major, Goadsby and Symonds and Sampson are working together to market the 11 industrial/warehouse units and 1 remaining trade counter/industrial unit for Glenmore Commercial Estates.
The units range from 1,355 sq ft upwards.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Block B, a building of just under 9,000 sq ft, has been pre-let to Countrywide Farmers PLC and construction will shortly commence with the store due to open towards the end of 2016.
“A further four trade counter/industrial units are being built, three of which have been pre-let, subject to planning, in Block C together with 11 industrial/warehouse units which are to be constructed at the same time in Blocks E and F. All these units will be available for sale freehold or to let.
Dean added: “This is a marvellous opportunity for businesses to get in at the start of building on this final phase at Glenmore and secure a unit at this popular and well-sited Business Park.”
Glenmore Business Park fronts Higher Shaftesbury Road, which has direct access to the A350 Blandford Bypass and A354 Salisbury Road and lies opposite the main entrance to the Blandford Heights Industrial Estate.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
