Lovell, a national specialist housing provider, and its sister company, Morgan Sindall, specialists in construction and infrastructure, are to relocate to 5 Cae Gwyrdd, Greenmeadow Springs Business Park, Cardiff. The companies haves long been established at River House, Gwaelod-y-Garth but have decided to relocate to offices which incorporate a more modern specification.
The move will see Lovell and Morgan Sindall relocate within 1 mile of their current office and is a clear indicator of the quality of location on offer adjacent to junction 32 of the M4 motorway.
Lovell and Morgan Sindall have taken just under 7,500 ft.² of ground and first floor office accommodation on a 10 year full repairing and insuring lease.
Lovell regional director Kate Rees says: “We’re very excited to be moving to our new office at Greenmeadow Springs. The move allows us to benefit from high-quality modern business accommodation with fantastic facilities in a brilliant location offering easy access to the motorway network.” Lovell’s Cardiff office team deliver comprehensive new-build housing, housing regeneration and refurbishment services across South Wales and the South West.
Rhys Williams of Emanuel Jones comments: “The move for Lovell and Morgan Sindall is a great success as it will have minimal impact upon staff whilst at the same time dramatically upgrading the specification of their office space. The deal clearly shows the attractiveness of Greenmeadow Springs Business Park with the quality of office stock on offer and unrivalled access.”
Greenmeadow Springs Business Park is already home to a number of construction businesses such as Midas, Costain and ISG. The last six months to date has seen a take-up close to 15,000 ft.² of office space within the business Park with the British Red Cross moving to 9 Village Way and HID Global taking further space within 3 Cae Gwyrdd.
