Michael Plimmer has joined Gloucestershire-based developers Robert Hitchins Ltd as Senior Development Manager.
He brings with him extensive experience of the retail property market, having spent nine years acquiring and developing food stores for Tesco in the south of England.
The move to Robert Hitchins Ltd, one of the biggest privately-owned property companies in the South West, South Wales and South Midlands, opens new doors for him.
“It’s an opportunity to focus on core property development with a company which is well known in the industry, has a good reputation with substantial land holdings and a real desire to seek out new opportunities in the region,” he said.
Michael, 40, was brought up in Somerset and graduated in Estate Management at Nottingham Trent University. He has also worked for student accommodation developers Unite and Lloyds Banking Group.
Robert Hitchins’ Property and Development Director, Simon Tothill, welcomed Michael. “His experience and fresh approach will be a great asset,” he said.
Robert Hitchins Ltd, based in Boddington, has a long history of delivering property solutions to suit occupier requirements.
