The former Vauxhall Dealership at New Haw Road, Addlestone has been let to Big Cars Ltd.
The space became vacant when Now Vauxhall relocated to an improved site nearby In West Byfleet following an extensive refurbishment.
With the Addlestone property being surplus to requirement, Rapleys was appointed to find a new tenant.
Mark Frostick, associate at Rapleys commented:
“There is a shortage of good quality car dealerships within the M25. With competition from other retailers and the return of residential developers, there are relatively few sites available, so we had a strong level of interest in this site. Occupiers of sites in and around London are starting to see a premium for car sale use just down to their scarcity.”
For the new occupiers of the property, Big Cars Ltd, this is their third site, having expanded from their current locations in Chelmsford and Witham.
Adam Stott, managing director of Big Cars commented:
“Big Cars are very excited to be expanding into Surrey, bringing our customer first business ethos to a new area. This site is in an excellent location and will allow us to offer the residents of Addlestone extensive choice when it comes to purchasing their next vehicle.

We will be opening the showroom on the 23 April 2016 and we look forward to welcoming the local community with a glass of bubbly to celebrate our launch, that weekend.”
