Creative agency Giants & Titans has taken new offices in Birmingham city centre in a deal put together by property agents Bond Wolfe.
It is moving from Floodgate Street to York House on Great Charles Street where owners Real Estate Investors plc ensured a quick turnaround on required facilitation works.
The expansion follows a series of prestige contract wins – Giants & Titans’ clients include Vax, Aston Villa, Birmingham City University, Intu Properties and Bravissimo plus fast-growing owner-managed businesses like Umberto Giannini and FLYdocs.
Services comprise advertising, design, branding, digital, social media and new technology.
Giants & Titans will occupy 1,838 sq. ft. on the third floor, having signed a five year lease.
Bond Wolfe managing director James Mattin said: “The letting comes amidst a flurry of interest in the building as a cost-effective alternative to Colmore Row rents but still within the business district.”
York House offers a total of 23,088 sq ft of refurbished quality office accommodation over six floors. It sits at Great Charles Street’s junction with Newhall Street.
Other occupiers include retailers H & M, Centrick Property and ATA Group.
