JLL and Fletcher Morgan, acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, have secured the letting of the first floor suite site at Anchor Court, Keen Road, Cardiff to fast-growing Yolk Recruitment.
The letting of the 5,773 sq ft space with 21 car parking spaces means that the 34,000 sq ft building is now fully let with Yolk Recruitment joining other tenants including Begbies Traynor, The Royal National Institute for Deaf People, Action on Hearing Loss, Estyn, Martime and Coastguard Agency and The Welsh Ministers.
Yolk Recruitment, a specialist recruitment consultancy, has relocated from its existing 2,000 sq ft premises at Johns Street, Cardiff. The relocation marks the start of an exciting new expansion phase for one of the fastest-growing companies in Wales.
Dale Williams, director at Yolk Recruitment, Cardiff, commented: “After three expansion-enforced moves in seven years we have been actively looking for an office space that we could consider a permanent home for our Cardiff HQ. The refurbished office space at Anchor Court offers us ample room for our existing team while allowing us to expand to in excess of 50 staff by April 2017.
