A deal co-brokered by commercial property specialist Vail Williams will make West Bromwich the new home for the UK’s largest independently-owned mechanical, electrical and fabric property maintenance business.
Integral UK Ltd is relocating to more than 30,000 square feet of stand alone office space at No 5 Lombard Street in West Bromwich, a recently refurbished, five-storey premises in a prime town centre location.
Vail Williams secured the 15-year lease to Integral as a single occupier on behalf of a property investment company.
The firm will be moving from neighbouring Smethwick to its new offices, which cover 30,567 square feet and are supplied by 42 parking spaces. Easily accessible, the premises are close to the A41 expressway and within walking distance of major amenities including the central shopping area, bus station, metro station and retail parks.
