Danielle Hatton, a graduate surveyor in the Bristol office of Colliers International, has been named Student of the Year by the Bristol Property Agents’ Association.
Danielle, 24, from Nailsea, North Somerset, was presented with the annual award at the BPAA dinner at the Grand Hotel, which was attended by around 550 people.
She joined the National Capital Markets department as a graduate surveyor in September 2015, after gaining a first class honours degree in Property Investment and Management at the University of the West of England (UWE).
During her time at UWE, Danielle undertook a one year placement at the Bristol office of Colliers International in the Industrial and Logistics department.
She is now on the two year Colliers International graduate programme, which includes working towards the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
Tim Davies, head of the Bristol office of Colliers International, said: “This is a prestigious award and is not given lightly. From what I have seen during Danielle’s time working at Colliers she thoroughly deserves this and is a star of the future.”
