TH Real Estate has brought to market for lease The Pearce Building in Maidenhead, a new 50,000 sq ft office development which has just secured the town’s highest office rent this cycle.
TH Real Estate has appointed Knight Frank and DTRE to market the building which comprises 50,000 sq ft arranged over eight floors located off West Street in the centre of Maidenhead and close to the A308.
The team have undertaken an innovative approach to marketing the building, rather than the traditional lunchtime launch to the property community, the group will donate to local charity Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice for every agent that inspects the building throughout March.
Following practical completion, the building’s first tenant has signed for 5,000 sq ft on the top floor at a record rent for Maidenhead this cycle. McAllister Olivarius has signed 10 year lease at £37.50 per sq ft
This has moved prime rents in Maidenhead on from the circa £35 per sq ft Kames Capital and Capella Estates secured when they leased over half of Point, their 78,265 sq ft Maidenhead office development, to Maersk Line (UK) last year
