Acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE’s Leeds Industrial Agency team has secured two new lettings at Metro Park 45 in South Leeds, resulting in full occupation of the 52,000 sq ft multi-let industrial park.
CBRE has leased the 7,993 sq ft Unit 4 on a 10 year term to Level Up as their new Parkour training facility. Additionally, the 6,938 sq ft Unit 5 has been let to Economy Freight Services on a 5 year lease.
Metro Park is a 52,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate which forms part of the well-established Middleton Grove industrial area of South Leeds. The estate, which is accessed directly off the A653 Dewsbury road, benefits from excellent connectivity being approximately two miles south of Leeds City Centre and under a mile from Junction 5 M621.
Edward Charlesworth at CBRE Global Investors, said:
“These recent lettings are the result of excellent, co-ordinated teamwork from management through refurbishment to letting. We are delighted that Metro Park 45 is now fully let and are very pleased with the speed in which it has happened.”
Jacques Esterhuizen, Associate Director at CBRE Leeds, said:
“These lettings underpin the growing demand for warehouse accommodation in Leeds. Metro Park 45 provides a variety of occupiers with well-located, good quality space in a key location.”
