Cardiff Community Housing has acquired the property on a new lease of 5 years and a rental of £8,000 p.a.
At the same time, Unit 9 has been acquired by Yapp Construction Ltd. The unit extends to approximately 600 sq ft and let on a new lease for a term of 2 years at a rental of £5,250 p.a.
