Fashion boutique, Mint Velvet has signed a 10 year lease to bring its luxury women’s clothing and accessories brand to the market town of Stratford-Upon-Avon.
Established in 2009, Mint Velvet’s ‘relaxed glamour’ fashion concept has seen the retailer grow rapidly to build a portfolio of 26 stand-alone boutiques nationwide, with a number of concessions in department stores such as John Lewis and House of Fraser.
Mint Velvet will occupy the ground floor of 44 Wood Street in EPF Group’s Central Chambers development – a prominent retail premises within Stratford’s main high street.
On the deal, Emel Hussein, who advised the landlord said: “Mint Velvet is the perfect brand to bring to Stratford – this aspirational market town is home to a mix of independent and national retailers and Mint Velvet, with its luxury yet affordable fashions, will appeal to the demographic of the town, as well as the many tourists who visit Stratford for its eclectic leisure offer.”
