Commercial Property experts Barker Storey Matthews have been crowned Most Active Regional Agent in the East of England for the third consecutive year by commercial property research specialists EGi.
The annual EGi ‘Most Active Agents Competition’ awards the title based on the volume of deals (including sales and lettings) concluded across five main property types; Industrial, office, retail, investment and Leisure/Hotels. The East of England region as determined by EGi includes any deals completed in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk, with all agents, including national firms, taking part.
Barker Storey Matthews has been top of the most active agent’s leaderboard in the East of England for several years now and 2015 saw strong performances in the office and, in particular, industrial sector. According to EGi Barker Storey Matthews had “market-leading performances in offices and – in particular – industrial, where it outscored its nearest competitor by almost three to one”.
