Three surveyors from Colliers International have risen up the ranks at the real estate consultancy’s Birmingham office.
Chris Bampton is now director of the national investment team.
Chris, who has been with the firm since 2007, is responsible for identifying and selling investment properties.
Harry Dunger has been promoted to director of corporate restructuring. He specialises in dealing with distressed assets in the Midlands on behalf of banks and insolvency practitioners. His clients include Lloyds TSB, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Barclays Bank.
Emel Ahmet has been named associate director in the retail agency team.
Emel joined the firm in 2004 and focuses on High Street and shopping centre lettings, disposals and acquisitions around the East and West Midlands. Her clients include Nationwide Building Society, Vodafone, Virgin Enterprises Limited, Birmingham City Council, Stratford Town Trust and Francesco Group Limited.
Also promoted is Dawn Ferrier, now senior rate account manager in the rating department. She is responsible for a team of three, handling a portfolio of 6,200 properties in the UK on behalf of Co-Operative Group Ltd.
