The Bristol office of Colliers International has strengthened its National Offices team, with the appointment of Catherine Collis, a sector specialist with nearly 20 years’ experience in the local market. She joins the team as a director.

Catherine’s extensive experience and expertise will perfectly complement the other skill sets in the team as we look forward to further growth in the office sector.”
Catherine spent 17 years with commercial property consultancy Alder King where she worked on developments such as Temple Quay, Aztec West and Bristol Business Park; with clients including Northgate, Axa, Lloyds Bank and The Cooperative.
Working alongside Director, James Preece, Catherine will bolster the team and will help to grow its client base through increased instructions on quality schemes across the South West.

The appointment of Catherine follows on from the team’s recent announcement that it completed the largest single office transaction in Bristol in 2015, with TLT’s signing of a new 10 year lease on their Headquarters at 1 Redcliff Street.
Catherine has a highly respected standing in Bristol. She is a visiting lecturer at the University of the West of England, where she lectures students on Commercial Agency and Real Estate. She is also a committee member of Bristol’s Office Agents Society and the Bristol Property Agents’ Association.
