Nottingham Regeneration Limited (NRL) is delighted to announce that it only has two vacant units at Provident Works, Newdigate St, Nottingham.
City Arts Nottingham and Universal Works have recently moved into Provident Works, whilst Internova, an existing tenant, has taken a further unit to cope with increased business. Only two units now remain available to let.
The building, owned by NRL, offers an attractive office location in a refurbished Grade 2 listed mill building. The former mill, an important part of Nottingham’s textile history, stopped producing net curtains during World War II to concentrate on producing camouflage netting.
The building was originally refurbished over 12 years ago to provide 9 office units. During 2010 further extensive refurbishment of an adjoining derelict annexe and the communal areas and facilities, including installation of secondary glazing, was carried out. This work proved so successful that 4 office units were let last year, with just two vacant units now remaining.
The two remaining units are each 1,783 sq ft, with 24 hour access, car parking, lift serving all floors and private kitchenettes.
Mona Walsh at NRL said: “We are delighted with the recent successes we have achieved with lettings at Provident Works and look forward to welcoming new occupiers for our last two remaining units.”
