Humberts have recently sold Unit 3 Fideoak Mill, Fideoak, near Bishops Hull on the edge of Taunton which was available at a guide price of £195,000 for the freehold interest. The end of terrace industrial unit had a gross internal area of 306.35 sq m (3,296 sq ft) and had recently been refurbished with a new floor and office block. Outside there was a scalped yard to front with allocated parking to the side within the communal yard.
